Good old Google search brought me to a knit wear designer, Johan Ku. Looking through some of his pieces, I just couldn't figure what was coming and going, the complication of knit and how its all held together, and just the question of 'how is that done?'
Especially with the top photo, it looks like the wool has started to wear apart or has been torn and doesn't really know what to do, so she's worn it in a way that it still covers her all up, but yet is still a full wearable piece.
The second photo is more sophisicated pieces, with some of them being rather classy or damn confusing cables. Really do find his work interesting and confusing.
This is something I want to bring to my Knit unit, I really love the idea of the confusion behind the piece, to make the viewer think 'How'? The mystery behind the piece, He's definitely somebody that I want to relate back to.
