After the group discussion and with my lecturer advice I took my drawings to the computer and scanned them in. Taking a drawing I had the idea to repeat and see if it helped in any way for things such as colour proportion, Yarn textures and my section of colours.
I think the last one I messed around with really brought the whole process together and opened up my ideas. Seeing how when the image is squashed it is easy to pull out the colours and determine the proportions in which they should be.
Something I am definitely going to apply to some of my other images and see where else editing them will take me.
